According to the China State Statistical Bureau, China Leather Industry Association and China National Furniture Association, we are the largest leather products and the largest upholstered furniture manufacturer in China based on revenue. |

| Kasen purchase and process raw cowhides and wet blues into finished leather and fully assembled leather products. Kasen primarily manufacture upholstered furniture products in accordance with the designs of international customers, who market our products under their own brand names. |
