Kasen's products also include foam, footwear leather, camping tent, sleeping bags, and other outdoor leisure products.
Foam is a major raw material used in our upholstered furniture products. Through our 25% interest in our recently established joint venture, Future Foam Asia, Inc. (海宁美景海绵有限公司), which was established with Future Foam, Inc., one of the largest foam manufacturers in the US , we will be able to maintain adequate supply of quality foam at lower costs. |

In 2005, we invested US$100,000 for a 50% equity interest in a sales and marking joint venture, Kasen-Melx, to market our footwear leather products by developing direct relationships with footwear manufacturers. Kasen-Melx has obtained all government approvals to engage in wholesale and import and export of footwear leather and automotive leather. Through Zhejiang Kasen, we provide manufacturing support, management personnel and sales force to Kasen-Melx. In the future, we would conduct further research to develop modern, fashionable middle and high-end footwear leather. |

| Leveraging on our strong capability in cutting and sewing, we also begin the manufacturing of camping tents, sleeping bags and other outdoor leisure products in 2006. By doing so, we can maximize our capacity utilization during non-peak seasons for upholstered furniture. |
