| Upholstered furniture is our largest product line and includes leather and fabric upholstered furniture, and leather and fabric furniture covers. We primarily manufacture our upholstered furniture products in accordance with the designs of our customers. We produce various types of upholstered furniture, including stationary furniture and motion furniture. Stationary furniture includes sofas, loveseats, chairs, ottoman, wedge, chaise, dining chairs, and bed heads. Motion furniture includes recliners, love motions and sofa motions. Our customers market our upholstered furniture products under their own brands, mainly in the US. |

| Kasen has employed more than 6000 well-trained, skilled cut-and-sew staff. In our spacious state-of-art factories, our people are using their best efforts to produce cut-and-sew products of the highest quality. |

Our tremendous growth is attributed to our continuous focus on staff training. Our early cut-and-sew factory has over the years trained thousands of cut-and-sew workers for our subsidiaries and we see our people as our most important assets.
Our sewing machines are mostly imported from Germany, Japan and Korea. At present, our cut-and-sew production space exceeds 400,000 square meters with an annual capacity over 10 million seats. |
