| Kasen is an OEM of upholstered furniture. We manufacture furniture products in accordance with the designs of our customers. We are engaged in the full manufacturing process of our products from the purchase of raw cowhides and other raw materials and converting them into wet blues and finished leather, to the assembly and delivery of final products. |

In particular, unlike many upholstered furniture manufacturers, we operate our own tanning facilities, enabling us to produce high quality furniture leather ourselves. |

Kasen has established ten finished sofa factories with a combined production space of over 600,000 square meters and an annual capacity of nine million seats. We can cater for different customers with different product requirements.

As an important part of our strategy for vertical integration, we have established a large scale wood factory making sofa accessories. In addition, we have set up a joint venture with a leading US foam manufacturer to produce sofa foams of the highest quality. These facilities have helped us to further reduce cost, improve product quality and speed up delivery. |
